Founded in 2022, A Hightower AFH has started serving the senior community in Burien Wa and the surrounding areas. Our founder Sifrash Ademe envisioned a place where seniors could find not just care but also companionship, support, and a true sense of belonging. With their vision and dedication, A Hightower AFH was established as a premier assisted living facility in the region.

Meet Sifrash Ademe, BSN, RN

Your Compassionate Care Administrator

Greetings, I'm Sifrash, but you can call me Mimi. With a healthcare journey spanning back to 2005, I bring over 13 years of invaluable experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in intensive care. My diverse background includes caring for patients across medical, cardiac, surgical, and trauma disciplines.

My passion for establishing an adult family home was ignited during my college years when I dedicated my time to volunteering in nursing homes. Beyond my role as a high-acuity nurse, I've accumulated extensive expertise in tending to older adults, individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's, those with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, and various chronic medical conditions. My compassionate approach extends to caring for hospice residents.

My ultimate mission is to provide top-tier care within a nurturing environment that residents can truly call home. Families can rest assured that their loved ones receive not only the medical attention they require but also the love and care they deserve in a home-like setting.
